Strategy and Decision Making

What do you need a strategy for anyway?

  • Some need to start by working out where they are and what’s going on in the world around them.
  • For others, they know where they are, but need to decide the peak they are aiming for.
  • And then, we all need to work through how we are going to reach the peak.

The Look Together approach combines awareness, analysis and action. Benefit from a greater awareness of the issues affecting your business, from effective analysis of how to proceed and from an action plan you can implement right away.

Decisions are at the heart of strategy. We have to make sense of an uncertain world and decide how to go forward. Ways forward include:

  • At a personal level, taking the opportunity to review past decisions is a straightforward means of learning from past decisions and building confidence in your abilities - or knowing when to get someone else’s input.

  • Many situations are complex, multi-facetted and require trade-offs. Sound decisions will combine inputs from many sources. The Sound Decisions in Complex Environments programme approaches decision making from a variety of angles so that clients can be better equipped to handle the challenges they face.
