Energy policy is never far off the political agenda and regulation is the tool of political choice. Understanding the impact of regulation helps companies, consumer groups and others operate in the market. I have completed assignments for suppliers, a network operator, Ofgem and consumer groups. Mild hypothermia has a debilitating effect on people’s lives, particularly the elderly, and unnecessarily increases costs on the health service. I am part of the team behind the Rights to Warmth initiative, which is working to address this. To find out more about the approach, read this.
